Irvine Bar Hotel

"I arrived late - around 11:30 - after a long flight. The shuttle had stopped running from SNA, so they offered to send a Lyft. I arrived at the hotel, and was told that the hotel was "sold out" for the night. I had booked the hotel MONTHS in advance and it was very strict on cancellations. Didn't matter, there was no room for me. And the woman behind the desk was like dealing with a 13 year old teen girl, with no grace or understanding. She couldn't even explain what had happened, just kept repeating "sold out". So they sent me up to the Anaheim Hilton instead. I got up there, didn't want to come all the way back down, but they would not let me out of my reservation for the remaining days. I highly recommend you do not stay at this hotel if you want a guaranteed room when you arrive, or any customer service at all. And I'm a Hiltons Honors member! "

"Everything was good, but the parking was $45 per night. Which it is not good, i think it is enough money the hotel already got by us, the guests. Adding cost to the parking, it only says the hotel people are money hungry. And due to that, I will most likely not stay again."

"The hotel was very crowded and never let up. There is nowhere to park except for at the hotel or valet. Parking is $42/night per vehicle. We had to vehicles and I find it ridiculous when hotels want to charge you to park at the establishment you are already paying for. The TV in one of the rooms was not working. We waited 2 hours and 40 minutes for maintenance before giving up and leaving for dinner. The slide at the pool was closed all weekend and that information was not on their site. It was in the high 80’s and the reason I chose this hotel. One of our rooms had a dirty bathroom and trash in the bin from previous guests. Onsite restaurant was just okay. I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat there. Overall, I don’t recommend this place. There are better hotels in the area for the same or better pricing. "

"Think Motel 6- doors face outside. There's a gas station across the street, a train that passes behind hotel and we're by the fwy. 5 min from Great Park. Jacuzzi was not working. Price reflects condition. Both check in and check out gentlemen were accommodating and let us check in early and check out late. Breakfast was basic but perfect for busy parents/kids on the go. There’s a Knolwood and Dennys in the same parking lot hense It’s was noisy all night"
