「I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. 「The front desk, the cleaners, and the service were very good. It was very quiet to sleep at night. It was clean and hygienic. The double room was also very spacious. I was satisfied」

「The decoration and esthetic were really cute and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great! Service was great but short staffed for sure. If you can select not to have neighbors that would help as you can hear doors slamming shut if they came in late at night.」
