「The room was not clean as there was trash in the trash can. The sheets were not changed and clearly looked used. The sink was stuck and was not draining and desk clerk helped to open the stopper. The toilet was not working as the tank chain was broken and had to pull it from inside the water tank. When asked to change the room, they told us that the hotel is full.」

「Take the ridiculous plexiglass screen down! It makes it impossible to communicate. Air conditioner is very loud and made tv watching barely tolerable. A nightstand on BOTH sides of the bed would be helpful! All in all I’d give it a 2.5」

「The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the staff very friendly. However, before 8am there was a lot of very loud talking downstairs that unfortunately woke us up. After coming home late from a concert, it would’ve been nice to sleep in a bit. Also, breakfast is not included but there is a coffee bar that sells pastries. None of it being included. A nice breakfast outside on the porch in the cool room would’ve made the stay spectacular.」
