“We absolutely loved this property! Frank , our host was VERY attentive to any requests and was super accomodating. The property had all of needs covered...and was super clean and comfortable. “We stayed for a week in July 2025 in a one bedroom/studio apartment with a rooftop pool. The VRBO pictures are accurate, but don’t really do justice to the space. The entire building is new. Though the room was small (maybe 375 square feet deck), it was very comfortable. View from the deck is amazing. The lobby and pool area are very nice. En la master bedroom no se pueden subir las cortinas blackout,una no sirve el cordon y la otra ni siquuera lo tiene. La caja fuerte no tenia baterias y no se pudo usar. La chapa de la puerta corrediza que da al balcon, estaba pegada con silicon y se cayo al abrirla. Solo hay una llave para abrir la unidad y eso dificulta cuando los……

“This property is very cute, clean and management is wonderful! Do yourself a favor and if you get transported there, just tell them Coco Jaguar’s. It’s right next door and easier to find. It’s very close to a couple of mini mart type places and Coco Jaguar’s is really good. Had I remembered my driver’s license to rent a cart, I’d of been set. Side note: their bedding smelled and felt really fresh. Bonus! I forgot my phone there and they are kind enough to be helping me get it back. I totally……

"I don’t usually write reviews, but this stay was so wonderful I just had to share it. Every staff member was friendly, polite, and always smiling. Their warmth made such a difference and really made us feel welcome. The food was amazing — we tried teppanyaki, French dishes, and everything tasted great. The restaurants were beautiful, and the cocktails at the pool bar were unforgettable. I’m not even a big drinker, but every drink was delicious! Our room was cleaned twice a day, and the staff were so thoughtful, even organizing our things neatly. Room service was fast and polite, and there were plenty of fun activities like water volleyball. My partner is very social, and soon the staff all knew us — they always greeted us with big smiles. I also appreciated that no one tried to sell us memberships or packages. We could just relax and enjoy our time. Funny enough, as I was leaving, I actually thought, I want to come back next year — maybe even as a member! Before booking, I saw some mixed reviews from 2023, but everything on this trip exceeded my expectations. The service, food, and atmosphere were all perfect. I highly recommend this resort — it truly made our vacation unforgettable."
