「We absolutely loved this property! Frank , our host was VERY attentive to any requests and was super accomodating. The property had all of needs covered...and was super clean and comfortable. It was easy to catch a cab/bus in front of the property and a quick walk to to the grocery store. We would def stay again!」

「Marco and Eredey are excellent host of a very nice property. Very accomodating. It was stocked with eggs, juice and wine. They even dropped of a fruit bread we really enjoyed. 」

「This unit is very spacious, has phenomenal views, very clean, and is beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable along with the dining room chairs. The rooftop views and jacuzzi tub provided hours of entertainment. The provided jugs of water, coffee, filters, sweeteners, spices, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoos, soap, and lotions were unexpected and very much appreciated! It is obvious that this unit is brand new! With no laundry facilities, more towels are needed if towels and...

「My family of 5 stayed here. I had a hard time at check-in because I was not given the code for the second set of keys that opens the master bedroom. I did not hear back until late the first night to receive the second code. The air conditioner stopped working. We were told they would come and fix it, but that never happened. Pictures show pool bars, but there was never anyone there to serve drinks. We had two towels per bathroom for a six night stay! I would suggest looking elsewhere!」

「This rental is wonderful! Lots of space and the beds were so comfortable. It was so nice hearing the waves at night. The breeze is awesome! Great location and we always found a spot to park the golf cart.」

It’s a great set up for a family or a group of friends to rent all four of her rooms! We enjoyed our stay very much and plan to return. Thank you, Karen for your hospitality!」

「The property was clean and the pool was prefect for cool off! I walked to the downtown area daily, about 2 miles, but very enjoyable. Chedraui was right around the corner. There was parking available if you rented a golf cart too. Overall a great place to stay!」

「We stayed for a week in July 2025 in a one bedroom/studio apartment with a rooftop pool. The VRBO pictures are accurate, but don’t really do justice to the space. The entire building is new. Though the room was small (maybe 375 square feet deck), it was very comfortable. View from the deck is amazing. The lobby and pool area are very nice. 「Se encuentra muy bien ubicada la propiedad. Sin embargo hay algunas observaciones por hacer. Lo anuncian como de 4 recamaras con baño cada una y solo tiene tres. En la master bedroom no se pueden subir las cortinas blackout,una no sirve el cordon y la otra ni siquuera lo tiene. La caja fuerte no tenia baterias y no se pudo usar. La chapa de la puerta corrediza que da al balcon, estaba pegada con silicon y se cayo al abrirla. Solo hay una llave para abrir la unidad y eso dificulta cuando los...

「This was a wonderful property to stay at for our family. Location was amazing - away from the busy hub of tourists and daily visitors from Cancun, the place is very spacious and clean, and the views are breathtaking. It’s a perfect place to disconnect from daily life and enjoy the beauty and sound of the waves. The hosts are very communicative and accommodating. Check-in process is seamless, recommendations for activities and vetted vendors are great. 」

"While most of the hotel staff were warm and welcoming, our experience at the steakhouse on November 10, 2024, was disappointing. Some staff, particularly an older female server and a curly-haired male server, were rude and impatient. When one friend briefly left for the restroom, the older female server refused to take our order, insisting we wait for them to return. Despite explaining we could order for our friend, she rudely walked away after urging us to hurry them up. Later, when another friend finished their meal and tried to order again, the curly-haired male server called the older female server to assist, but she seemed unwilling. When yet another friend tried to order an additional dish, the older female server refused, claiming we could only order twice—a rule we were not informed of beforehand. Despite the poor service, we left a tip. Initially, I liked this hotel, but this experience ensures I won’t return. I hope future guests won’t face such unpleasant treatment and will be served with respect and warmth. "
