「Beautiful place with nice rooms. Small but very convenient with very helpful and friendly staff. The Beach Club connection was a big plus. Minor areas of improvement are a watercooker for tea (for international guests) and a more divers breakfast instead of only pancakes.」

They often didn’t have pool towels; the pool is small and gets crowded quick; the shower didn’t drain; and Housekeeping would often take the bathroom towels and not replace them, but the location on the coastline had a nice view (but no real beach access), the ladies at the front desk were super friendly, and even greeted us with a complimentary margarita on our arrival.」

「The hotel is fine, but they need to provide hair dryers in the rooms and stock coffee, creamer, and sugar like other hotels do. Although reception is supposed to open at 7:00 AM, there is no one available to provide information or answer questions until 2:00 PM, as the staff in the office only attend to the restaurant area; otherwise, the hotel is in good condition.」

「I stayed here five nights because I wanted to be close to the excitement of the island and centrally located to catch sunrises on the Caribbean Coast and also have a quick walk to the beaches. It was perfect for all that, and I personally never minded the five-minute walks to the beaches, and no matter which way you went there were things to see along the way. 「This hotel was poorly managed. Staff was very cooperative but no maintenance help. The fist room had no A/C so we requested to move. The second room was not much better. The A/C barely worked and made a horrible noise not to mention the toilet was stopped up and the sink was full of black hair and wouldnt drain.
