「I do not recommend booking through Expedia. The photos are misleading and do not accurately represent the rooms. The room descriptions are vague and fail to show what you are actually getting. Communication with customer service was terrible, and it was very difficult to get clear answers or resolve the issue. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I would not book through Expedia again.」

「This is the worse booking I’ve ever made via Expedia. Room had active water damage and smelled of mold. Left the property 4 hours after checking in. No staff on duty after 6:00 PM. Came back the following day walked the room with the front desk person and showed her all of the issues I found. Requested a full refund for Expedia to tell me after a week that they couldn’t get in touch with a hotel they market and profit from. I lost a lot of money and my 25th wedding anniversary was ruined.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our daughters. The room was spacious, had a beautiful ocean view, a great kitchen, and everything was very clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with the air conditioning, but the staff resolved it quickly and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the location in Islamorada was perfect. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again the next time we visit...
