“Excellent and cozy apartment with well-equipped kitchen. Staff are so nice. Just next to the main road in Girafu. 2-minute-walk to ski shuttle bus stop and 5-minute-walk to convenient shop. It is so convenient that many restaurants and shops nearby. We didn’t drive this time and we took ski bus from CTS airport. The Freshwater provided compliment shuttle from & to Girafu welcome centre on arrival and departure date. We will stay here again when we go to Niseko next time. 👍”

“Nice three-bedroom apartment with an amazing view of Mt. Yotei (looks like Mt. Fuji). We came to ski and the property was tucked back on a side street about 1/2 mile from the resort. The staff provides a free private van shuttle during the day to and from the resort or to and from any local shops or restaurants, with a little notice. Even without notice, they try to accommodate you. One of the kids wanted to return mid-day from the ski resort and they picked us up within a few minutes. There……

“位置在Hirafu Gondola 幾分鐘步行距離，附近有便利店、商店、餐廳，無論租gear(Rythm 就在後面，價格合理、服務仔細且gear新淨)、食飯、買嘢、滑雪都很方便，位置一流。 所租的三睡房apartment 的廚房設備齊全，廚具、餐具乾淨，但需自備調味料。有兩個洗手間，其中一個浴、廁分開，而且各有洗手盆在外，我們6人住這個很重要。然而，並無訂房資料所描述的羊蹄山景，而且有部分燈壞了以至室內較暗，告知也沒人來修理，套房洗手間並無任何擺放物件地方，也没掛鈎，用起來有點不便。 總括尚算滿意。”

“Pros: The chalet and surrounding area were better than advertised. Right next to the ski lift and quite comfortable. Cons: Customer service was overwhelmed and made mistakes. Most frustrating was arriving at midnight to find ourselves unable to get into our room even after confirming twice the entry instructions the day prior. After 24 hours of travel, having to wait outside on a cold night until someone let us in was not fun. ”

During my three night stays, no one contact me with with regards to my request. The check out time is 10 am and I called the reception the day of check out and requested for a hour late check out because my laundry machine is not done and needs 45mins - They refused and sent someone to my room, turned off the laundry machine and escorted me to check out and my……

“因為轉機的關係，我們巴士到達二世谷的時間已是晚上10點半，飯店非常貼心還特地派專車到巴士站載我們，讓我們免去在雪地裡大包小包行李及奔波的辛苦。房間很有設計感也非常乾淨，該有的小設備從bose藍牙喇叭到廚房的電鍋及洗衣機等一應俱全，而且都是很好的品牌的電器，用的很開心。冰箱裡甚至還幫我們準備了果汁牛奶培根及奶油及麵包等等，非常貼心。飯店距離雪場也還算近，走路3分鐘就可以到市區，6分鐘可以到雪場，非常方便。但飯店還是很貼心的提供接送服務，甚至是去餐廳或是其他地方，只要提早預約，甚至可以直接從另一個雪場接我們回飯店，不要小看這服務，在旺季的時間，在當地可是連要花錢叫Uber都叫不到的！非常棒的服務，非常喜歡^^”
