"Pool good but crowded "

"The hotel/room were great, cozy and comfortable. Kept clean."

"We stayed here because we had a cruise the following day. The hallways smelled horrible. You could smell weed as you entered and it was also obvious that the carpets needed cleaning.The towels were very dirty. Seem as if the towels were left over from the previous guests. There were all kinds og spots on them. The shower was not clean as there was hair left in it and the soap bottles had stale soap dried up on the top of the spout, which indicates the staff did not do a clean after the previous guests. We called front desk twice and the phone rang 4 times and the phone rang without an answer. We called much much later and the representative had an attitude. This was a horrific experience. The elevator also needs Servicing as it took forever to get to the floors and and forever to open. I would not recommend. Oh and breakfast I'd not served here."

"Staff were great! We arrived earlier than planned and they were very accommodating, allowing us to check in to the room earlier than expected. The lounge and bar areas are great. The pool on the rooftop and view from the sitting area are spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay."

"L’hôtel est très moderne et contemporain. La seule fenêtre que nous avions était dans la salle de bain…de la chambre nous n’avions aucune vue extérieure. Aucun fauteuil ni canapé dans la chambre. La porte de la salle de bain est en verre givrée, et la lumière de la salle de bain reste allumée une vingtaine de minutes après utilisation. Ce qui est désagréable le soir et la nuit, la lumière éclairant la chambre au complet. Nous n’avons pas trouvé de façon ni d’interrupteur pour l’éteindre. Le dejeuner était très bon"
