"Hotel is a bit dated however, staff were amazing and helpful. The onsen is really good and the food overall was delicious. We would highly recommend this place. "

"とても良かったです、気持ちよくくつろげました、スタッフの方も皆さん感じよかったです。
朝ごはん美味しかった！
お風呂はDIANE、BOTANIST、＆honeyのシャンプーとトリートメントがあって、試せて 良かった！(女湯のみのよう)
ちなみにノーブランド？乳液、化粧水なども無料でもらえました。
うっかりメイク落としと洗顔料を忘れたので、コンビニで買ってきたのですが、ここはお風呂に洗顔フォームもありました。
一つだけ、残念だったのは、お風呂に続く階段、上り下りが多くて80超えた母がしんどそうでした。
エレベーターがあると嬉しいです。
ペット同伴でなくても楽しく過ごせました！ありがとうございます

"お風呂や夕食、マッサージなどは良かったです。唯一残念なのは朝ごはんの鯵の開きが冷えて固まってました、これが出来たてや小さくても網焼きとかで自分で焼けたら美味しかっただろうなと思いました。"
