「Looks a little dystopian in real life compared from the photos. The doors were so rusty, walls were melting brown residue. There was absolutely no beach view— it was really disappointing! However, the indoor was extremely clean despite the property issues. The front desk was absolutely phenomenal. They were extremely helpful and sweet. Additionally, their daily activities/programs were awesome.」

「Smell moldy everywhere in the hotel from the moment you step in. It's worse in the room than in the lobby. It was very disgusting and made me sick. Air outside wasn't smelly and was not humid. Something is wrong with the hotel and I feel it was from the moldy carpet. You don't want to stay here even though there is a free night.」

「Second time we stay here for a weekend getaway for my wife and me. Great on everything, but the beds are awesome. Almost as good as home.」

「It was an ok stay. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure good. When we arrived, I wanted to wash my hair but there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner. My husband went to the front and they ran out of body wash. This was never available. The rooms are clean but very old. The pool is definitely not well maintained either.」

「Our room was not properly cleaned. Trash let behind under sink. Dusty everywhere, hair of other people were caught and left on Mirror and tables. Safety pins were left on bottom of end table in main room. Mosquitos or something were flying everywhere. A huge brown spider in shower on my Bathe towel when I got up in the morning and was going to take a shower, and I felt grossed out. We questioned quickly if our bed was even cleaned and placed with new clean sheets. We were VERY disappointed.」

「I booked with this hotel because of the reviews. The breakfast was good and plenty. I was there for the weekend July 25 & 26. One elevator was broken and the only one that was working would stop running for short periods of time. The ice machine was out of order and the room had a distinctive smell if the ac unit put at 74 and would go away if dropped to 70.」
