“Clean property good host”

“Apartment was just as pictured and suited our family well. Ruth was super responsive when a plumbing issue arose she was on top of having it fixed before we even reached out! Highly recommended!”

“Property is an old 4 plex. Had troubles with the code door locks. The only way to keep the entrance door closed was with the code lock. Cheap, simi modern furniture. Furniture was good condition. There were no curtains over the windows and the blinds are torn up. So no privacy in a downtown location. Had a great capsule style coffee maker, but no coffee capsules provided. There were used capsules in the back compartment of the coffee maker. The toilet had urinate still in it upon our arrival.……

“Nicely arranged home with good open spaces. Comfortable beds and sofa. New appliances. Previous guests caused some difficulties for our arrival, but owner responded to our communications.”

“We enjoyed Roots and Raduno restaurants just minutes away on Main Street as well as easy access to the sights we wanted to see in Little Rock. The attention to detail in decorating made this one of the more memorable stays in our 2 weeks on the road.”
