10/10 Excellent

"You can't beat the location for the price. You're pretty much in the heart of anything you'd want to do in the main hub of Charleston. If you're like me, you'll appreciate being able to park you car on site (there's a fee per day that I can't remember, but it wasn't outrageous) and not having to do valet each time. I find that super convenient as opposed to parking in a garage or further down the road, in case I need something from the car. It was a quick trip for me, as I only stayed 2 nights, so I can't speak for every single amenity offered, but what I did see and use was great. You can't check-in until 3:00, and I arrived early, but I was still able to use the lot to park as I walked around town. They even hurried the check-in process and I got my room early. The AC worked perfectly and was much needed as it was very hot the few days I was there. The AC was pretty loud, so if that bothers you keep that in mind. They mentioned online that they updated the rooms quite a bit, and I have no idea what it was like before, but they are very nice now. I had a King room and it was very spacious. The area with the toilet/shower was a little small as a heads up if that bothers you. Other than that I really had no complaints. I didn't notice any crazy noise issues on the property, but you're right off the busy main streets, so traffic noise and construction noise might occur."

"I had the pleasure of staying in the King suite corner room, which boasted floor-to-ceiling windows that bathed the space in ample natural light. While the view wasn’t particularly spectacular, it was still a delightful feature. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, checking in with me multiple times throughout my stay. Although I opted not to use the pool, as I was on a beach trip, I wouldn’t have gone there anyway. The pool was small and lacked much in terms of amenities. However, I would gladly return to this room and this hotel, with the exception of these minor shortcomings. Overall, I would rate this hotel a solid 9.5 out of 10. I highly recommend it to others. The hotel was immaculately clean and exuded a sense of modernity and recent renovations, particularly evident in the well-maintained rooms."
