“Great hotel, great location”

“Greyson at the front desk was great, besides the smell of stale cigarettes in the lobby, the rest of the hotel was clean. The absolute worst part is the valet parking, it takes 30 minutes to get your car and when you come back to the hotel to park its a 50/50 chance you will find a spot to park for the valet. If you do find a spot there is another 50/50 chance the valet will be there to take your key. The employees work hard however they only have one worker so it is miserable. After the first……

“Very nice breakfast - both hot and cold options. Really delich coffee. Clean spacious room; comfy beds and pillows. Quiet. Area is very walkable to museums, Tropicana Field, shops. Excellent restaurants close by - Mio’s Grille and Cafe on 2nd Street just a few steps from hotel.”

“The room was okay., clean but in need of a refresh. The onsite staff was very friendly but did not speak English. I attempted to alert her to a parking issue and she gave me her phone to speak into an app translator. The problem was the parking space I was assigned too and required to pay for had pipes protruding from the concrete inside the parking lines, the pool door opened to parking lot and it banged against the front of my car - Juan the absentee manager had staff put a DIY bucket in front……

“Great property, great location, and for a pet friendly hotel it was extremely clean. Loved the pool, fitness room, and the rooftop bar was a nice atmosphere for drinks, did not try the food. The only two things I did not like about the property is breakfast is not included with stay; however, there is a Starbucks directly across the street, and valet is $44.00 a day which seems ridiculously high.”

“The property is excellent. Great location next to Beach Road and great views of the bay from the hotel. One of the restaurants forget the name is Michelin mentioned spectacular setting and great food. Massage service first rate. The concierge very helpful setting up dinner on a holiday weekend.”

“We were there to go to a Tampa Bay Rowdies game, so the hotel location was perfect for that. Was surprised by the $45 valet parking fee. No indication that self parking was available. Also was not able to obtain a luggage cart without the use of a bell hop, which means needing to tip, but the hotel is cashless, so couldn't get any smaller bills for a $20 bill. Once in our room the mini-fridge didn't work. No one at the front desk answers the phone. All room needs are communicated via text……
