"Perfect location within blocks of all of the action on both Beach Drive and the Central Arts District with the absolute nicest, happiest staff! The hotel restaurant and the pool bar are fabulous! Such a local's hangout too with trivia nights and all kinds of fun activities. "

"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Disappointed only because there was nothing stating that the bar and kitchen had been shut down months ago and it was a big reason for why I picked the hotel in the first place. My power went out in my room during the stay and the shower pressure made it a struggle to rinse soap out of my hair. I realized after I arrived that they are doing some renovations, just would have been nice to post that on the listing for the hotel. "

"Excellent. Service was exceptional, from the front desk to the valet, room service and housekeeping. The Vinoy was very clean and comfortable, the room was nicely sized and modernly appointed. Restaurants on site were convenient and very good with the pastry shop/coffee bar in the lobby, a nice touch. The location was also great. so many restaurants, bars, parks and the pier within easy walking distance."
