「Had bedbugs in the bed where my 1 year old was sleeping. had to get out of bed at 3am and stay up until i was able to find another stay which wasn’t until the morning. 」

「Great place if working at UAB hospital, but you will hear the outside noise related to the location (ambulance, helicopter, etc.)」

「I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. The host was excellent with communication, and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. The apartment was in a popular, safe location downtown. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. 」

「The pictures online are nothing like the room. We only had 2 tiny pillows on the bed. There was no computer or lamp on the left side of the bed. And the blinds were broken so we couldn't lift the blinds to see the view at all. They did send someone out the next day for the extra pillows. Someone came to fix the blinds and said they will need to be replaced by the owners. We didn't get to see the view, that was the whole reason we got this room. There was also white crusty stains all over the bed...

「We had a few issues with our slightly longer stay (6 weeks), but all of our concerns were met with great communication and quick resolution. The only thing preventing a full-on 5-star review is the fact that we had some issues to begin with. 」

「It was too cold to use the pool. One of the showers was dirty and the living room rug needed cleaning. One night there was no parking in the lot so we had to park on the street.The host seemed unconcerned about all of these issues and would not give a small credit for our inconvenience.」
