「The host called about an hour before check-in to say the A/C was out in the unit I rented. They had a similar unit available downstairs and asked if I would take that instead. I agreed. Found street parking, checked-in and went into the building. Pot smoke in elevator on the way up. Got into the new apartment which was dingy, old carpet in bedroom, walls that needed paint, a dead bug on bathroom floor and hair on bedsheets (not mine). The tiny couch smelled of urine.
