“Pool was filthy. Check in was 1.5 hours late. Lighting is dark and poorly selected. Bed bugs on the sofa pull out. Hand Prints over the bed in our master.. Dirty floor in our shower. Overall...just a mediocre experience.. Stay at the Drury Suites instead.”

“We checked in and our reservations were not correct. Thankfully the staff was super helpful and found us a room however the room was not very clean and the shower was broken and gross. Breakfast was not great either”

“As a first time experience I can definitely say I will be returning to the Birmingham location more frequently . From the moment I walked through the door until checkout everything was amazing. The food was delicious and the bartender was so nice and friendly. I rate the staff 100/10. Beyond exceptional”

“Good cheap place when you are playing baseball in hoover. BBQ was good. Showers were hot and water pressure was great. Free laundry service was very nice and came in handy washing jerseys. Kitchen in the room was also great. Pool was warm as we stayed in the summer and was quiet.”

“This was my first time booking in Birmingham and I used google review to book this room. I was absolutely shocked that the reviews on this hotel were so high. Although the outside of the property was well maintained, the inside was horribly disappointing. The suite we stayed in was old, dirty and smelled musty. Had this been a refundable booking, we would definitely have not stayed. The walls were dirty. The alarm clock had disgusting grime on the chord. The carpet was almost sticky feeling;……
