“They gave us fresh hot cookies at check in, the room was clean and fresh and the pool was amazing!”

“Staff was very pleasant”

“Great location for a KU visit! Main lobby was musty smelling but it passed fast. Ext windows needed a clean, but we still had a great view. All and all it was good! Bar hours and staff friendly!”

“The room was ok for cleanliness. But the photos are definitely not the way it actually is They lost power for some reason time and no explanation I had booked a suite and I say that it was a far cry of a suite I was greatly disappointed in the whole experience . The beds were not as advertised. Plus it was supposed to be a double bedroom and that was not the case either”

“The pictures online were NOT what the property looked like. When finding our room we realized it was not part of the hotel but a separate building. We walked up an outdoor set of stairs that were not well lit onto an outside balcony to our room. Once we entered the room we found stains on the bedspreads and brown stains on the white sheets on both of the beds. The floor was dirty and there was about a two inch gap between the bottom of the outside door and the floor where something could easily……

“Friendly staff. While the hotel is a little old and dated it is clean and tidy.”

“It was quiet and rooms were decent to a point but definitely not worth the money!”

“Staff was great. The "room" was the size of an apartment which was great for the 6 of us. We had so much space. Easy Check in. We didn't know how to check out as the office was closed. Other than that, it was great and we will be back!”

“The beds are excellent. I had the best nights sleep in years here. The comfy bed and AC control made it for me. Specifically, the AC wasn’t set up to blast cold air at you but controlled the room temperature. The room was quiet and well set up. The staff very helpful. The breakfast was adequate.”

“The property was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds weren’t very comfortable though.”

“Location bad. Warehouse district. No hair dryer in room. No drain stopper in tub. Old mold stains in tub area. Needs recaulking. Avoid staying there”

“The staff is wonderful 5 stars. The room needs help, bathroom door sqeaks and will wake everyone up at night, when someone goes to the bathroom. We found a spider in the sink, little bug in the bathroom, it disappeared in a crack when I tried to kill it. My daughter said the room smelled like a zoo.”

“They dont close windows so there are bugs in ur room”
