We arrived before the check-in time. The staff was very nice and friendly. He introduced the surrounding sightseeing spots to us and let us know there was a common coffee area that we could take a rest before going out. The lobby was bright and spacious. Gave a very good first impression. We came back at night on first day and the luggages were already in the room. So grateful that they upgraded our room to one with balcony and can see the train station. The bed was very huge and comfy....

Clean, spacious, quiet

Excellent

The hotel is not right in the city centre, but it is within walking distance to the train station and all the shops and restaurants. The room is very comfortable. I particularly like the hotspring in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a good experience!

the room was okay, but a bit dirty, I found a small spider next to my bed...

The room and stay was fantastic! The kids love the pool and hot spring. Beside, the food from the hotel was very limited since there’s not much choices outside the hotel. There would be much enjoyable if the hotel catering improve dearly.

Room was clean and spacious. Staffs were friendly.

It's very quite and private. The service and food are absolutely amazing and filling.
