"The bed was very comfortable and the bedding inviting, but the Staff was amazing! My husband was in a lot of pain from a hip injury and we needed ice at 1 AM for an ice pack. The night staff was so incredibly graceful in finding some. Thank you - this is what makes for repeat customers! "
