“My husband and I like the convenience of not having to go outside to shop in the mall just taking the elevator to the 2nd floor. Also free breakfast was an added bonus. The front office workers, kitchen & dinner room staff were outstanding. Shout out to Penny-thank you ”

“The balcony was not a real balcony, it should be called open area instead. However, the staff were nice and made up for it. The location is right in the middle of the city centre, which is super convenient, but one should avoid walking alone in the dark.”

“It is a very eclectic hotel with unique lounging areas on the different floors. Staff were great and breakfast was good. There was an issue with no curtains or shades on the door to one of the balconies in our room but being on the 3rd floor mitigate any exposure. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in Johannesburg again ”
