“My reservation was for 05/27/26 to 06/04/26. When I got back to my hotel room on 06/03/26 at 7:00 pm. My keycard was not functioning. I went to the front desk to get it fixed. The front staff member told me that I was no longer allowed into my room and that my stay had already ended. I attempted to show the staff member my phone with my hotel reservation details and he said he doesn't work with computers. He did not let me into my room. He held my belongs for the night and told me that I had to……
