Carolyn truly thought of everything and made us feel exceptionally welcome, down to the keepsake ornament that we will treasure as a memory of our trip. The cottage was very clean, well-stocked, and decorated beautifully for the holidays. Sipping coffee by the lake every morning was a highlight. We highly recommend this property and we hope to be back soon. ”

“We loved our stay here. The cabin is so cute and clean. The animals are fun to see. It's just a very short walk down to the riverwalk which is great! The only negative I have is there wasn't much light in the bathroom. Hard to see anything in the mirror but there is a vanity in the bedroom with a light. Breakfast in the barn was so cool!! We would stay again. ”

“Wow! The view! The dock! The fenced in property all the way around the house! The comfy large sectional! The comfy mattress! The floors….oh the floors! The little spoons for my yogurt! The dog door! The decor! This house is at the top of my list from now on! Totally sold on future Grandbury getaways! We hiked at Dinosaur Valley State Park. My husband golfed in Grandbury. I want to come back and rent some jet skis. If you fish- don’t forget your pole! This house is so cute, well kept, and right……

“From the moment we walked into our rental it was exceptional. Personalized note welcoming us, live plants through out the unit, that made it feel warm and cozy.
