"The room was rather small but adequate for 2 nights. It was rather a long steep way to get to our room as it was top of the pub and we are oaps! Very noisy on Saturday night but not bad on Sunday. Basically it needs refurbishment. No breakfast available too. "

"Plus points: Good location for Cliveden, etc, very comfortable bed and modern room. pleasant traditional pub atmosphere in small bar area. Restaurant a little pricey for the place; meal ok, but cheeseboard not so good. Sea bass (small fillet but good) -price same as a leading Italian restaurant in Bloomsbury, where we got a whole sea bass.
Minus points: Breakfast not good at all, poor choice of cereals, no fruit at all, cheap orange juice. Full English ok (just) but pricey for what we got....

"We would stay again, food excellent, bed comfortable with a great fan.
The pub could do with a tidy, bin bags near the bar and one of the tables being used an office isnt a great look.
The room was functional, slightly tired.

"I've been at the bull hotel about 14 nights over the last 6 months. Rooms are pretty consistent. Clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast is good. I keep coming back when working in High Wycombe"
"Just a 1 night stay. Friendly people and good service. Nice room on the ground floor as I asked. Stairs are narrow so not good for persons with mobility problems. Breakfast was cooked on the spot and very tasty."
