Nice place and great location in Kailua-Kona. Cleanliness was questionable with dried food on table, dishes and don’t put your hand between the couch cushions! Had issues with the toilet and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 10 days—rationing required!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is so much more to do in Kona than we realized, this was our first time there and we have to go back for more. This condo was great- beyond our expectations only wish we had chosen to stay longer. Knutson and assoc. really made sure everything was as it should be with full communication the whole time. We are really looking forward to going back and booking with them. Aloha!
