“The room is clean and view is awesome.”

“The property was stunning with so many flowers and flowering trees and shrubs. The views of the ocean and mountains were breathtaking. The buildings were of solid construction and will last forever. The inside of the condo was very nicely furnished, and we felt right at home immediately. The couches and chairs were quite comfortable! However, the air conditioning unit failed in the living room our first day there. The staff was very responsive and provided us with a temporary replacement……

They were also so kind knowing it was a special vacation for me and my husband and gifted us a heartwarming letter with delicious chocolate. “The actual condo accommodation was a 10/10. Dealing with KBM management company was less than ideal and detracted from the experience. KBM sent innumerable emails and texts including a strict 11 AM check out which felt more like a "get out." The charged an additional $300/day "registration fee" that was never disclosed. After a number of phone calls and talking with the Montage front desk, this was removed. We asked for service on the TV in the main room that was never addressed. The……

“In short, we would stay again but there were pros and cons. Overall this is an epic oceanfront place and we had a great time. View from balcony, sunsets on the property, ocean noise and beach access were all 10/10. Wifi was fast and reliable. Parking situation and general grounds were very good. I did not care for the extremely thin window right above the master bed. Road noise woke me up a couple times each night without fail when some random person bombed down the street. Bed pillows……
