One of the most convenient locations on Kauai. New a/c and artic cooler. One of only 6 top-floor units on ocean side of the complex. Remodeled and fresh.

Overlooks 9 mile coastal biking/walking path, and sunning beach.

Second floor (top floor) with two lanais. Each has seating for two. The back lanai offers ocean breezes and slight ocean view. Enjoy your morning coffee looking toward the ocean and oceanfront path
Artic cooling units in the bedrooms.

This 2-bedroom end-unit has an uncluttered, modern look. New flooring, new kitchen, new tiled bath, new beds and dressers. Ideal getaway for those seeking a fresh, relaxing vacation home. Tropical breezes flow from the front door to back lanai.

The kitchen has acacia wood countertop, open shelving. And is well-equipped for a preparing a vacation meal.

indoor dining is on a peninsula with a quartz countertop and bar height seating for 4. The back lanai offers seating for 2 and a glympse of ocean.

The back lanai accommodates 2 for casual dining and offers ocean, greenbelt and walking/bike path views.

The living area has a flat-screen TV, double bed sofa futon. Bedrooms have new queen beds and windows that allow breezes to flow through One bedroom has an adjacent .5 bath.


A shared, coin-operated laundry is on the property. Free parking is steps from the front door. Guest parking is readily available. There is no resort fee. Beach equipment is available for use.

This is one of the few locations that guests can enjoy without a car. There is a bus stop within one block from unit. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. High end resorts are on either side of the complex Spa services and luaus are offered at adjacent resorts. This unit is located just off the ocean. (150 yards). There is a small resort on the ocean front.

This complex is adjacent to the newly paved, oceanfront biking and walking path. The path runs for 9 miles. Bike rental and e-bike rental is availablep
This is a small complex of 24 units called Village Manor. There are high-end resorts on either side of the complex. Those resorts have public access to beach. The new paved walking path to the beach is just steps away.

Cozy space minutes from the beach which was what we were looking for. Perfect to brew our coffee and walk to enjoy the sunrise each day. Great location as it was easy to get to both shores. Stores and restaurants within walking distance too

Great price, great location, sufficient for 4 persons. Roosters were a little annoying, but you get used to them. Our Luau was only a block to the south. Great biking or hiking trail along the coast.

Great location. Clean and quiet. Great communication with Donna. Appreciate the late checkout for a 9 pm flight! Would definitely recommend unless you are looking for a pool on site but you can see, hear, and walk to the ocean so… Good value and the use of beach chairs and coolers was appreciated!

We had a great stay in the apartment. Everything was clean and well furnished. We had everything we needed. You even have some ocean views from the balcony. The location is good for exploring Kauai. There are shopping facilities nearby. We even saw a large seal on the beach nearby on our first night. Mahalo and see you next time!

There was a bit of confusion about in app check in directions, but was figured out quickly. The apartment is in a perfect location, close to the beach, and close to stores and restaurants. Being from Ohio, and it was winter, I usually have problems without AC in warmer temps. The breezes thru the windows was perfect to keep the place cool and comfortable. The provided fans did the trick without needing the "ice" features. Clean, well equipped. Very homey. The only down side was the tub in the bathroom drains very slowly leaving you ankle deep in water. I would recommend this stay for anyone, and would happily stay there again.

The location was fantastic, close to many shops/restaurants/downtown Kapa’a. Donna was able to accommodate our changed arrival time and communication went smoothly. My only critique was that the arctic cooling unit in our room was broken so the nights were very warm but there were plenty of fans otherwise. Overall, for the price I would say this stay was well worth it!
