“This property was absolutely amazing. The condo had everything that we needed. The kids loved swimming in the pool each night after the sun went down. It is super close to some of the best beaches on the island. The gost was amazing to work with and made our stay incredible. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Beautiful condo in a great location. We loved how close we were to restaurants/shopping. The pool is just across the street. Kiahuna beach right in front of the plantation was perfect for our 8 and 10 year old to boogie board. We ended up just driving closer to the beach on the grounds, but it’s an easy 5-10 min walk. Just something to note- air conditioning is only in the living room. There are fans provided to help circulate, but if you are used to sleeping in a cold bedroom, that is something……

“The stay was very disappointing. At the 4pm check in (which was very late) the condo was not cleaned. I was half way through cleaning in myself when a couple showed to finish. No washer and dryer. The space isn’t even set up for it even though it’s listed in the amenities. Upon arrival the TV was not working. The owner was notified and it took 4 days to be replaced. Normally not a big deal but this was just a solo golf trip and I could have really used the relax time at night. The space was used……

“This location suited us well as a couple. We appreciated the property foliage and birds! We found the condo to be clean, well equipped, spacious for a studio and the ability to do laundry. Any communication was handled quickly and graciously. While we took our time getting around the whole island and found Princeville to be a fun location to stay in. We would absolutely stay here again! ”

"Great value stay in Kauai, especially for families. This is probably the best value hotel we’ve stayed at in Hawaii. It’s not a luxury resort, but it offers everything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained without feeling outdated. The location is a huge plus. It’s close to the airport and within easy walking distance to Coconut Marketplace, where you can find restaurants and a grocery store. Not needing to drive for meals or snacks was extremely convenient. The hotel’s restaurant, Lava Lava Beach Club, is also delicious and worth trying. One of the most memorable moments of our stay was spotting a monk seal resting right on the beach in front of the hotel—such a special and unexpected experience. A couple of small things could be improved: the shower pressure in our room was a bit weak, and the public microwave in the lobby wasn’t very easy to find. Overall, this hotel is a great option for families. Our 2-year-old had a wonderful time here, and we would happily stay again on our next trip to Kauai."
