"Lovely hotel, conveniently located with helpful staff. I had a comfortable room with the most beautiful view overlooking Kok Tobe and the mountains. "

"This hotel is absolutely great for both work and holiday. The service was impeccable and the hotel is well situated in town. Its also next to the cable car if you want to do the touristy thing. Spa and pool area is nice. The staff was extremely friendly and very very helpful when I lost my credit card and needed to try retrieve it at a local bank. I won’t stay anywhere else in Almaty."

"Nice hotel, very clean and well looked after. Restaurant was good, and very good pool/spa facilities. Staff were polite and helpful. Excellent central location and nice safe area (solo woman traveler). Air conditioning did not work very well, would have given 5 stars otherwise. "
