“The concept of hotel is good, but the location of the hotel is disapponted. The toilet paper is thiner than in public toilet! Reception is closed at 7pm. Anyway, the price is not comparable with all you can enjoy. ”

“It's the worst experience in Japan ever!! There is no staffs or check in reception. We reached there in the evening. It's dark and super cold. As I have never received the door password from this accommodation RAKUTEN STAY VILLA or Expedia, so we felt helpless at outdoor under strong wind.

“Staff nice. Room clean. Parking good. Breakfast good.”

“The room is very crowded , and noise isolation is poor, can’t even sleep due to the noise from other room and road. Impractical room design, no tv. Since it was rainy day, the balcony is wet, we have to dine inside the room, not worth for this price. ”

“The room with the outdoor onsen is at the lowest floor. Unfortunately the corridor is with the smell of mould and the smell is very serious within the room. Cockroaches were found and I did kill one at 4 am. I told the reception staff at check-out in the morning, appears that they did not show any care about this.”
