"We only stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as we were catching a connecting flight via Bali and needed a stop over. We were upgraded to a room with its own garden and plunge pool which was lovely. The hotel gardens themselves are beautiful and it is a quiet oasis. We ate at the restaurant for lunch and evening meals and all were excellent Pool and restaurant facilities at the hotel were very good and all the staff were excellent ( a special mention however to Rama at the poolside bar and also to Ayuw and Yanti in the restaurant who were so helpful and provided excellent service) Hotel is minutes from the airport which was perfect for us."

"The Vira was beyond my expectations… not only was the hotel stunning but the staff was the best! My room had air conditioning and it was so nice after a long hot day. The hotel gave me evening snack vouchers and offered the best breakfast every morning (pancakes, eggs prepared by your preference, coffee bar, muffins, hot bar with sausages, rice, noodles, veggies, juices, fruits and meats. It was actually more than I expected. I wish I got to see the fire performance was I was there but I would for sure book this hotel for my next Bali trip."

"The property was in a great location & the two food areas out the front were great with very friendly helpful staff. Our room was in need of a bit of tlc was cleaned daily but maintenance could be better.eg, fridge freezing up drinks, curtains were dirty! The swimming pools were nice but needed a really good scrub as mould was quite bad but water was kept clean. All staff in & around hotel couldn’t do enough for us so friendly & very helpful. We enjoyed our 11 days here. Thank you 🙏"

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Hard Rock! The pool is huge with lots of activities for the kids! If you’re planning on a pool day, highly recommend getting a cabana!! Buffet breakfast is delicious, so many options! The staff are all so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend staying here!"
