Just a short distance from the center of town, the South Shore Villa on Kelleys Island is the ideal spot for a weekend, a week, or longer on this quiet island haven.

The South Shore Villa — featuring two bedrooms, living room, sun room, fully equipped kitchen, and full bath — sleeps up to eight. Washer, dryer, TV with satellite and internet access are included in this lovely, air-conditioned ranch home with semi-attached garage.

Downtown is less than a mile away and Lake Erie is your front yard.

Perfect little getaway
We enjoyed our stay! The house was cozy and the view was beautiful, perfect location for watching the sunset!! Our girls had fun playing the games that were at the house. The host was great to work with.

Great Experience

Location, location, location
Fantastic location with a lakeside view. Able to walk easily into town. Very clean and comfortable with excellent communication from host. Outside/beach chairs are in the garage. The sunroom was freshly painted a light blue which was different from the picture and it really lightened up the room. You have to bring your own linens (sheets and fitted sheets) and paper towels, etc… but we found that previous guests had left a good stash so we didn’t have to use everything we brought. We didn’t know we had to take our garbage out to the transfer station until we got there but it was easy and the station is open most days, weekends, and holidays. Overall we would stay again and recommend to friends/family.

What a wonderful stay at this home on Kelleys Island. Location was perfect and the home had everything needed plus for a perfect vacation. The owner was great to work with! We will be back!

Great overall stay
No problem with the rental start to finish. Stayed two nights for a friends wedding. Great chairs in the garage, used those on the sliver of property that butted up to the lake. It was absolutely beautiful. John was a great host. The rental is exactly as described. Would definitely love to stay again.

Cute house, good location, great view
This is a very nice house. Nothing fancy but very comfortable.It's a little bit of a walk to downtown, but that's a good thing because there isn't a lot of rowdy foot traffic out front. I especially appreciated the garage to put our bikes in.
