“Located close to the beautiful Southern coastline, this superb small hotel is a perfect central location for a trip. Many scenic paths are at a walkable distance (5 km to 10 km of moderate difficulty will allow you to see many beautiful sights.) Roy and Jayne are the consummate hosts. They help coordinate your arrival in advance, since the location is a bit remote. They cook an excellent breakfast, and take a keen interest in your plans for your stay. “Das Meeresrauschen war vom Zimmer aus zu hören und das gesamte Haus hat einen tollen Charme. Die schönste und besonderste Unterkunft unserer Cornwall Reise. Man fühlt sich wie daheim und es ist alles sauber gewesen. Es wurde erst vor kurzem renoviert. Man teilt sich die Küche bzw das ganze Haus mit Shelley und ihrem süßen Hund. Parken ging ohne Probleme vor der Tür. Das Community Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen: Müsli, Scones, frische Croissants, Obst, … Im Bad bräuchte es……

“Really pleased with our stay at Royal Duchy Hotel. The staff were all absolutely brilliant, friendly and helpful. Our room was massive and very clean and had everything we needed. Both a large shower and a large bath in our room. Facilities area and pool also very nice. Free dry robes to borrow, if needed, were a nice touch, although we didnt use them this time unfortunately. “I had a fantastic couple of days in Falmouth staying at Membly Hall Hotel whilst settling my daughter into the local university. My room was spacious and immaculate, the staff were welcoming and very friendly, and the included breakfast ranged from continental style to full English. I sat in the sea facing sun room for a few hours and enjoyed a sandwich platter from the bar menu. Happy to recommend this hotel for solo travel, as it was really comfortable and friendly.”
