“We had a lovely spacious room with a comfortable bed, a bonus was the beautiful views of the river through the wide full height windows. Only downside was the lack of a cooked breakfast which is not available. There isn’t a table in the room so we had to sit on the single chair and blanket box to eat the cereals provided, not ideal when you want to fortify yourself for the SWCP walk. They also didn’t service the room which meant we had to wash the cereal bowls and cups in the bathroom sink……

“Lovely location, parking at the hotel is limited. We stayed for four nights, Breakfast was a disappointment, on three occasions the eggs were over cooked, fresh fruit was a slice of Mellon, no bread/ roles. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was located a the rear of the hotel looking over a covered area for pub and hotel guests use. with the windows open the noise from this area was disturbing. But overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“Absolutely fantastic, couldn’t fault our stay, owners are lovely, so friendly, so accommodating, location was fabulous, if you are a walker or have a car then popping into town or surrounding areas is simple, mobility issues not great as there are lots of hills.”

Seaview is very limited in general from this property but lovely gardens make up for this. My father is in his 80s and managed ok, but to say this property is likely not ideal for those with mobility issues as there are lots of stairs and it's all built into a hillside. Beds in both rooms my family used could use an update- pretty uncomfortable and……

“Beautifully situated next to the beach in Falmouth, although it is a shame that a large building obscures much of the sea view. Upon arrival the receptionist was rather brusque, not to say rude, and just barked “surnames” in our direction, which wasn’t very welcoming. The luxury suite with sundeck room was very nice and comfortable with a good shower, great bed and shower. The bar staff were excellent and very friendly. We were dismayed to discover that the spa was not included and a further……

“It was as nice as our memory of our first stay, when the sun shines there is only one place to be - on the terrace. Having said that it is very comfortable to be inside. It is a very friendly place to be to enjoy Cornwall.”
