“I really like this hotel but this trip it was less than excellent simply because it was so busy. There was no space to enjoy the pool because so many people were hanging up in the pool area. It felt very hip and trendy rather than the homey feeling I felt the last time I was here. ”

“Overall very nice hotel in perfect location. Small room not enough space to open a 2nd luggage. The air conditioner is set up on the side of the room blowing right into you when you sleep right into your head, very inconvenient. The pool is not heated kids didn’t want to go in. ”

“The staff were superb! The hotel is charming and ideally located in the French Quarter. And when we arrived to find that our reservation (made through Expedia) had been canceled due to a problem between Expedia and the credit card company, Beverly (at the front desk) was terrific and calming. She took care of the problem with the best of true Southern hospitality. I miss seeing her and the rest every day. They were like family. ”
