"Very much enjoyed our stay. Views of the harbour are outstanding. We were on the 13th floor so train noise didn’t bother us. Breakfast buffet has lots of choice. The special choice of 2 or 3 course dinner for hotel guests was superb so we did it 2x. They do the same one 2 days in a row, then change it, so be careful of that. They give you a glass of sparkling wine with it. Very nice staff. Highly recommend this hotel. Forgot to mention to go to Central Station and buy a train pass. We asked what to get and they suggested $35 purchase. We used it a lot, including a return trip to Manly on the ferry from Central Quay."

"Room was clean and modern. Staff were very warm and welcoming. While checking in I saw a very difficult guest making unreasonable demands who was being dealt with by a receptionist with incredible kindness, patience, professionalism, and grace. An excellent example of what good service requires. "

"The view, location, the cleanliness but the room was a bit small compared to the price. The staff were great but breakfast chef at level 11 was an exceptional individual. He wasn’t just cooking, he came out and entertained the customers, please do not lose him, I want to come back to see him for more croissant and pastries. Overall it was a comfortable stay. "
