The hotel has an Indian owner and most of the guests were Indian, either from India or local. The way they spoke to and disrespectfully treated the staff was shocking and entirely unacceptable. "It's not close to the main Mara, migration crossings, etc, but still a great option and exclusive to its own conservancy for those who don't want to encounter crowds. "

We indicated by mail, weeks in advance, that we would like to do all game drives. Afterwards we understood that Shadrack, the General Manager, had suggested to our driver from Nairobi to leave us at the camp without the possibility to do the game drives at all. Our driver refused and did the game drives with us in his own 4x4, in which we arrived...
