“Check in was fine. Room was nice. Surprised there was no fan in the bathroom. Pool was closed, but I would think by the room being poolside, it could be pretty loud outside the sliding door if the pool was being used. Breakfast had "waffles," but they weren't the kind you bake yourself. They were toaster waffles so we didn't bother with breakfast. Overall a nice property for a rural Iowa city.”

“All was superb except the quality of the bed mattress, shower, and heat lamp. Rooms were limited on personal device charging wall ports. Super clean, quiet, convenient. ”

“Reminded me of the main sitting room of the Hill House in Helensburgh, Scotland looking out at the gardens. It felt very welcoming, and the host left a lovely bouquet of fresh flowers. The property was very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The yogurt and granola provided was a welcome touch. I even enjoyed playing the LPs.”
