「Grounds are beautiful and plenty of area to walk. Occasionally power outages would reset the air conditioning system and I needed to put in the temperature again which was inconvenient during the night. The outage would also blow the fuse so the lights would not turn on. The staff was quick to fix the issue.Service was excellent.」

「Really not enjoyed, it was never informed renovation going on in tg8s hotel. If it was known never booked. Paid a hefty amount much higher than hotels in down town. Never expected and disappointing.」

「A good property close to main road through Thekkady but removed enough to be lovely and quiet. Beautiful grounds, pool was clean there was some play equipment. The restaurant served a good buffet for dinner and breakfast, with both Indian and western dishes. We chose to eat the Indian food it was served hot and was very tasty. 」

「I have been to Kochi for business purpose and stayed at this Hotel for almost a month. I’m so impressed with this hotel and best thing I liked is the location, so convenient to go to any part of thie city from there. All staffs were friendly and helpful especially manger Mr Binoy. I’ll never forget the smiling face of Mr Raseel, Geoji and Anup who were at the front desk always willing to help you .The food was very good and appreciate the hospitality of the restaurant staff especially Mr Ravi....

「Beach was beautiful- World Class! The room was perfect- great size. Food was excellent with good variety for all. Pool was fun and clean. Staff was amazing and helpful. But remember that you are in a resort- best to go out and do some local shopping to get a real feel for the area. Recommend guests to go out on the beach first light to see the fishing boats come in.」

「It took 45 minutes to checkin and 30 minutes to checkout. Very inefficient process. Went late to lunch buffet, and food was cold. A la carte food was good. Location of hotel is good, though getting to it is interesting in a larger vehicle. 」
