“Bad staffs- lied about policy. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They initially claimed that their strict guest policy was clearly mentioned online, but later admitted that he lied.Being dishonest with guests is unacceptable. Had to move out of Raviz to another hotel in 3 hours because of staff’s bad behavior. As international travelers visiting Kerala, it is completely normal for us to have guests visit. “Beautiful location and lovely staff. The room was huge but basic and run down. Great view of the lake. Only one restaurant to eat at breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was ok, breakfast not fantastic but the dosa was great. The pool is nothing like the photos. It is cloudy, dirty, full of insects and had a large number of crows bathing in it at any given time. “This is a great hotel with excellent staff. The cottages were excellent, spacious, well spread out and located in a beautifully manicured gardens amidst dense forest.
