Fantastic time in Marathon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Lovely home in excellent condition

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great rental in a lovely neighborhood. The house was comfortable and up-to-date. The outdoor space in particular was lovely. The grill is old and there is a new one sitting in the garage so make sure it is hooked up before you arrive.

One bedroom not useable

Facts about the property. I would not recommend. The AC fan is located about 1 inch from the master bedroom window, and is extremely loud, It will wake you up out of a dead sleep if you sleep in the master. I could only sleep in the master the first night then had to sleep in the 2nd bedroom with my kids the 2nd night. The bed in the 2nd bedroom has a large dip making that also hard to sleep in. Check in time is later than usual between 4-5pm on the day of check in you have 7 hours of the day and you pay for a full day, checkout is 9am which is unusually early. The sleeping situation was so difficult due to the master bedroom being inoperable due to the AC fan outside the house, that we checked out a day early.

Beautiful, quiet, clean, convenient

We loved our stay! Very convenient three bedroom, two bath property with a nice boat slip that we used to park our 27' boat. Great access to ocean/gulf. Property is clean with great appliances.
