“Bahia Bay Resort was a nice secluded and safe location for a quick getaway. There needs to be more than 2 lounge chairs for the property and hair conditioner would be nice besides shampoo and soap. I would also recommend check in to be earlier than 4:00pm especially with there not being many beach activities to do in Key Largo to kill time. Overall if you are looking for something different than a hotel I would recommend this property.”

“Coconut Bay was amazing! This quiet little resort set back off of Route 1 was perfect for my wife and I to relax and explore Key Largo. The amenities were excellent, the pool was clean and got lots of sun, and there were paddleboards and kayaks that could be signed out if you wanted to go out on the water. Coffee and scones were offered each morning out of small food truck near the pool and were absolutely delicious. There are plenty of chairs down near the small boat launch and dock to enjoy……

“Playa Largo was a great place to stay overall, and the property itself was beautiful. However, my experience with guest services was disappointing. Brittany at Guest Services was very disrespectful and seemed unwilling to assist with requests, despite the fact that I had paid extra for specific add-ons to my trip. Additionally, the resort’s communication regarding fees and policies needs significant improvement. The information provided online differs from what guests experience on-site, and……

“We highly recommend Treasure Harbor house boats, it was clean, the A/C was cold, water heater perfect, and close to everything we needed. It’s like a tiny house on water. Dallas, was accommodating and professional. Overall 5+ stars. We visit the keys often for scuba diving, we have now found our home away from home place to stay. Thank you!!! :-)”

“We enjoyed the hotel u til we went to sleep. Bed hard and the pillows, well honestly they looked comfortable but they were horrible. It was like laying your head on a deflating ballon. Will I stay at A Hilton resort in the future. The last 4 I’ve stayed at have been a major disappointment.”

“We stayed 4 nights in a cabin with 2 dogs. The property is really dog friendly and we had a great relaxing time. It was quiet and cute. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful!! Can't wait to return!!”

“Although this is priced at a high end resort, there is nothing high end about it. Needs a lot of updating. Our room was very much in need of some deep cleaning and updating. We stayed on the 5th floor which smelled of pot the whole stay. Housekeeping was ok but very inconsistent. There is absolutely no beach to go swimming and the water was littered very badly. This is a $150 a night room all day! NOT $450! We took the shuttle a couple times as we were there for a wedding and the driver was not……
