“Lizbeth’s tiny house is cozy, modern and was perfect for our stay in Seattle to wrap up a big cross country move. Very clean, cute, comfortable and stocked with the essentials. The washer a dryer are fabulous! The tiny home is equipped with many smart features. We had 2 vehicles and had no problem finding parking. We had our dog with us and we all fit great in the tiny space. The bed was amazing! (I wish I had looked at what brand it was.) There is a darling patio with a propane fire, we enjoyed……

“All the amenities you'll need for your stay with a comfortable bed and an outstanding view from inside and outside the cabin. The outside space is very relaxing and enjoyable, but know that it is not fenced, nor is it particularly kid friendly due to some uneven surfaces that are about 6 feet up from the beach. A perfect place for adults to get away, play some games, and relax on the water.”

“We do quite a bit of traveling and this has been, by far, my favorite place to stay. It was clean, comfortable and almost takes you to a magical place. The owner definitely did everything right; decor, appliances, extras! The only thing I would note is that it is one open space. The bathroom is even open on top. This was only a little issue for us bc my husband is an early riser and I stay up late. Couldn’t really turn on a light or take a shower without the other noticing. BUT I would still……

“I come over to West Seattle monthly for diving. I stay in this unit for several reasons - first and foremost, it is cool. If you recall the Grunge explosion, this will be like sleeping in nostaglia. Excellent and eclectic records collection. It is close the restaurants (walking distance) and on the beach. Recommend it for anyone.”

“Other than the TV volume not working, I would stay here again but not without a rental car or e-bike as it is difficult to walk directly to restaurants or grocery stores due to cul de sacs and fenced in properties. Very nice cottage for up to 2 persons and very responsive hosts. Go Tartans!”

“Skyler was a great host, even coming out to the street to get us to the right place when we arrived late in the dark. (Directions auto-corrected to 10 West Smith St. -- close, but one block over). Had everything we needed, perfect size, easy walk to Queen Anne District for anything you might need, and short drive to anywhere you may want to go. Street parking was easy, and we highly recommend a troll hunt if you have no specific plans. Highly recommend!”

“The location of this charming cottage couldn’t be better. Walk to bakeries and restaurants. On-street parking readily available, with a charming outdoor area. I have to especially give a shoutout to the kitchen, which had everything you’d need to make a meal, and the interesting, charming adornments around the rooms.”

“We stayed in the cottage for a weekend full of friends and family. We attended a friend's wedding one night and a nephew's birthday party on another day. This was a great central location to both events and was so relaxing and wonderful. It was warm and welcoming when we walked in, there was a fire going and jazz music playing. There was even a chalkboard with a welcome message! Fantastic stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.”

“I went to Edmonds because I was scheduled for a total knee replacement and needed a place with no stairs and an outdoor area to sit in the sun and ice my knee. This was the perfect place. As I got better I could walk the short distance to a park bench to watch the trains and the ferries while smelling the wild roses next to the water.”

“This our second stay here and once again the cottage did not disappoint! We had an Orca swim by while we were there! The house is clean, neat and has everything we needed for our week-long stay. Lots of wildlife to see and super easy access to the beach.”

“I stayed here for three nights while on a business trip. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was useful to make a light meal, but there is no cutting board for use. However, plates, pots/pans, cups and utensils are provided. The building has a secure entry and you need a code for the elevator as well, so I felt safe entering the building. The rooftop was a nice perk. It is loud because of the proximity to the freeway, however a white noise machine and ear plugs were……
