“Well fitted. Clean. The host lives upstairs and gives a nice tour of the appartment when you arrive showing you how things work. Great location. Off street parking. Use of shared garden if you book in advance. Lovely.”

“We stayed in 442, it was very clean and unique. Communications were good. Area was fun to be in, near Seatle University. We would suggest a couple of things be included with the rental. A TV and more amenities in the kitchen (can opener, wine opener, baking pans, colander). In the bedrooms either shelves or a small dresser for non hanging clothes. In the area where the couch is, maybe a table to place things on. From Apt 442 it is hard to see the mountains, but nice views of the overall area.”

“This is truly an extraordinary property. It is decorated beautifully. Bed is super comfortable, towels first class. TV had free Netflix which I wasn't expecting. It is on a busy street, but the white noise machine cancelled the traffic out. I can't recommend this highly enough. ”

“I stayed here for three nights while on a business trip. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was useful to make a light meal, but there is no cutting board for use. However, plates, pots/pans, cups and utensils are provided. The building has a secure entry and you need a code for the elevator as well, so I felt safe entering the building. The rooftop was a nice perk. It is loud because of the proximity to the freeway, however a white noise machine and ear plugs were……
