“Wonderful magical gardens . Lovely friendly staff . Great gym . Although breakfast good all other meals were very tasteless . Even the mayonnaise and butter were of poor quality . After paying for one of your best rooms we were left very disappointed . The old fashioned shower wasn’t really of 5 star standard . Also the lack of electricity for half a day wasn’t great .
One last thing . I loved the enthusiasm of the staff but didn’t enjoy Bay City Rollers beating out at breakfast just as I’d……

“The property itself is very nice and well kept. The staff were also great!
The pool is nice but a little deep at 1.4m but I’m just short.
They do need to do a better job of food safety and covering food from flies. If I didn’t make it right at buffet opening, everything was covered in bugs!
Also it wasn’t clear enough that this was a no alcohol resort when booking (I don’t drink that much anyways) and I understand it’s Ramadan but other resorts still had activities and entertainment, this one……
