“An enjoyable and relaxed stay. Old property with some interesting rustic features, but the absence of any drawer storage in the room was a problem. Good breakfast. Evenig meal menu was limited, not offering a great choice of normal English fare for an older couple.”

“We were staying for a nearby ultra marathon in Jedburgh. The house is incredibly spacious and cosy, just what we needed after running 40 miles in the wind and rain. We all had a fantastic stay. It’s in a very peaceful area and the hosts are lovely. We will definitely be back next year.”

“Cabin was clean and tidy, lovely location,if I’m in the area again would definitely return ”

“schönes Ambiente, nettes Personal, das Zimmer war recht groß. Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich.”

A special shout out to Dan ("Dan, Dan, the beverage man") for being so helpful and recommending Flyte - a top tip! Ad Gefrin sold two bottles to……

“Such a neat location! Wish we could have stayed longer. It was a rushed overnight in transit between sights. The host was so kind. Appreciated the clean room and the breakfast options.”
