A fantastic house in a beautiful location!

I shared this house with 10 family members, and it was such a great place to stay. The house was new, and so clean, and had every conceivable amenity. The linens were fresh and clean, the beds comfortable. Everything worked perfectly. I would highly recommend this place!

Great 3 Generation Family Stay

This past week was our best experience using VRBO and the property hosts, Tony and Tracy Harris. Everything was top drawer, plates, cutlery etc.etc. all in great supply. The highlight for us was the community pool that was 50 metres from our west facing back deck that our 5 grandchildren, the oldest at 8, spent hours and hours swimming in. We would highly recommend this property for a family getaway.

Outstanding!

Impeccably organized and fully stocked kitchen, kids room and games. The Wilkinson’s were great to communicate with, and very accommodating to their guests. Amazing patio area, with a stunning view of the ski hill.

first class lodgings with every amenity ,except airconditioning.The basement floor fortunately quite comfortable even at 38 degreesoutside.

Summer Vacation

The property was as advertised and everything was in excellent shape. We really enjoyed all the features and the quality of the home and the location to the ski hill and activities we enjoyed doing. The home was spacious and close to the complex pool so our kids could easily walk across the way to the pool and hot tub area. I would definitely stay at this property again if I was travelling in Kimberley.

outstanding house for larger group

The house was marvelous, with an excellent location, and equipped with top-quality appliances and luxurious materials. Our group (8 adults and a child) really enjoyed the large bedrooms and space in the open kitchen-sitting area-dining room. We had some additional guests over for a dinner one night (the occasion being the wedding of our daughter), and there was plenty of space for all. The owners, Monique and Scott, were wonderful and provided us with all info needed for a great stay. Responses to all of our inquiries was very fast. Highly recommended for groups seeking outstanding top-quality accommodation.

Beautiful spacious home great for large families

Beautifully appointed home. Was nice to have our extended family stop by to visit since we were all there for a wedding as there was ample room in the kitchen and living room so we could all hang out together. Playroom was great to keep little ones entertained. Deer and fawns right outside back door and great access to pool and hot tub next door. Nice quiet street, way quieter than the other roads near the Alpine resort area. Shower heads in bathrooms are the only thing we couldn't get used to, like a fine mist spray with a draft of air. I forgot to bring our lawn games so it would be nice to see some lawn games like bocce ball or lawn darts available to play outside. There is Netflix but no cable. It was too hot to rent a bike and ride to cranbrook when we were there but would love to do that another time. Overall a beautiful large home and nice large deck and yard. Would highly recommend. Very close to many amazing golf courses and ski hill.

Excellent location and home. This home makes you feel at home. It has everything in the kitchen that you would ever need and more. There has been no detail left out throughout the house. Well equipped and the main floor is truly wheelchair accessible. Excellent and thoughtful hosts.

A gem in Kimberley

Exquisite place very close to the the ski hill. Very clean and warm house that is excellently equipped to meet all your demands. For sure would like to come back again in the future! The only missing piece is the hot tub - there isn't one, and the community tub was closed due to the covid.

Lovely Home

We really enjoyed the home as is has a very nice floor plan. The rooms are roomy and nicely furnished and to a high standard. The kitchen is well stocked. The grandkids enjoyed the playroom, bunkbeds and ping pong table. We all enjoyed the outside space and fairly quite environment. We saw deer every evening and morning. Just for consideration of future renters I believe even though the listing states that Netflix is on all TVs it does not state that there is no cable TV! We have netflix capability on all our TVs but we also have cable. There is a difference. Even though we were very busy with biking, tennis, golf, pickleball, hiking and lake activities the adults would have liked to viewed cable coverage of the first tennis tournament of the season and hockey playoffs. Also for future renters benefit...bring all the clothes and beach/pool towels you may need because the European washer only did a few at time and took 5 hours. The cleaning staff had taken the prior renters laundry off site (because they also found the washing lengthy) and did bring the laundered beach towels a day or day later. Regardless we would rent again because as I said it is a lovely house...just bring towels.

Kimberley Golf Vacation

Our golf group vacation included 4 couples, golfing at the many excellent courses in the Kimberley / Cranbrook area. This property was a fabulous fit for our group, show home finishes, 4 spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage, huge open main floor, large kitchen, pantry and island with plenty of storage - equipped with everything we could possibly need. The large deck had plenty of seating with an excellent BBQ. Temperatures were in the 30's the week we were there so a bit more shade on the deck would have been helpful since, due to COVID-19, the pool was closed. Owners were quick to respond to any questions and concerns. There were no concerns about Covid-19, as the documentation sent to us before check in date was more then adequate in ensure our safety and theirs. Would highly recommend this property. Thank you.

Golf trip

Great place. Very comfortable and spacious place for our family. The craftsmanship of this house is so well done. House very well supplied with kitchen essentials. Very nice back patio and very close to Trickle Creek golf course. Great place. There is a reason for having many 5 star ratings. Thanks for the great weekend.

What an amazing property and house. We had a family of 9 stay there and we couldn’t of had a more enjoyable time. We were a little loud outside on our last night around the fire but apologized to the neighbor and he was very gracious about it. We couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay or better owners of the house. 5 stars all around!
