No Spa and ignorant staff

Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending ...

Great place. Will be back in a few weeks when we pick up our new puppy from near by. Seems strange not having anyone on site but works well in reality. Large rooms, lovely grounds, pet friendly and comfy beds. What more do you need.
