We have booked Balcony twin room for 2 nights and drive there from Kansai Airport. We enjoy the beautiful sea view at high floor. Staff is very nice and helpful. We prefer Balcony room but no non-smoking room is available. The staff helps deodorize and clean the room completely. The room has no smoking smell and no cigarette left in the room. Air purifier is also provided to refresh the air and smell, we much appreciate it.
The location is good if you drive, less than 20mins to Wakayama city...

The staff were helpful and friendly. Their English was good enough for communication, and the service was excellent. The room was super cosy with private hot spring, felt so relaxed. The dining was tasty as well. Highly recommend to everyone.

I stayed on the 13th floor, Double B Room with an excellent Castle view. The room size was very large with 26m square.
Recommended to try their buffet breakfast. It was delicious with various choice. Please try their Wakayama Style Noodle. I really enjoyed it.
Room Tip: Double B Room always comes with great Castle View with a free massage chair

“I arrived late, and the hotel was very accessible from Rinku Station, which made the trip easy. The staff were efficient and friendly, providing a smooth check-in experience. The room was spacious enough to comfortably open two 28-inch suitcases, and the condition was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Overall, a great stay!”

ocation : around 7 min walk to the nearest station Wakayama. 5 min walk to the convenience store .
Room: the room is not very big even though WAKAYAMA is not a big city. In general rooms in Osaka and Tokyo got very small room.
Breakfast: free breakfast. The quality and variety is better than I expected even though it is free of charge.
Staff: nice staff
Highly recommended for budget traveller

- A convenient location to visit nearby temples and museums within walking distance or by bus.
- I enjoyed the traditional Japanese morning prayer service (starting at 6:30am).
- Nice vegetarian meal set (we ordered additional meal set as local shops and cafes close around 5pm)
- Look out for email confirmation from Jokiin - their check-in hour is quite short compared to commercial hotels
