"This is one of the most horrible places I have ever stayed. It started the very first night when my toothpaste vanished from the bathroom. As if that wasn't enough, while I was working in my room, a strange girl I didn't know simply walked in. Shocked, I went to the common area to see what was going on, only to find a group of boys and girls starting a party, smoking, and making excessive noise. When I tried to speak to them, they ignored me completely. Between the stranger entering my room and the chaos outside, I felt totally unsafe. I had to check out early and book another place just to feel secure. To add to the frustration, the washing machine was broken, and they tried to charge me for a laundry service instead. Management acted like they empathized with my complaints, but ultimately did nothing to help."

"The photos for the facility in the expedia app and level is incongruent to the price. There is no hot shower, the rooms are old with limited space. The bathroom is so tiny and had poor drainage. The internet was also poor. This facility should be rated at 1 star as it lacks major services and has limited choice of breakfast. There should be a price review as it is expensive for the services it can offer. Real photos should also be taken to enable travelers make informed choices since they majorly book online."
