Comfortable well kept 3 bed, 2 bath home with spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishware, silverware, and utensils. Basic spices were available with plenty of cookware and reasonably sharp knives. (Thank you!) Dining table should easily accommodate 10 -12 people. Did not find any matches to light fireplace/ wood stove. lighting Instructions are on the wall to the left. Full laundry and primary bedroom suite are on main upper level with extra blankets and pillows in closet if needed. Be careful stepping in and out of the shower when wet. Suction cup mat slipped on the tile one time as I stepped in, luckily I caught myself and just bruised my foot on the aluminum shower frame. Very easy access to Northstar and Kings Beach, located in a pretty and quiet enclave of single family homes. Lower level ran a few degrees cooler than up stairs so electric blankets were greatly appreciated. Would happily stay here again. Thanks for having us
