「Quiet place and helpful staff」

「The wait time for breakfast is too long. Customer service is slow」

「Breakfast was the nicest part of the stay. The location was also relatively ok. The room was not warm and inviting. The employees were pleasant, security, front desk clerk as well as the persons serving or tending to the breakfast. The rooms was not ready for the guest "myself". The air-conditioning was not turned on, the fridge was not plugged in. The oder in the room was not pleasant. The bedding was not clean. The sheets were soiled or stained and the rooms needed to be treated for bugs.」

「Food service is slow and food poor. Staff generally not helpful, other than the bell hops and pool staff. No waste plug/waste stop in hand basin and front desk refused to deal with this. Didn't set up room card payment properly. Pool is good but not enough to outweigh generally shambolic service. Seems to have a lot of business customers who probably have no choice where they stay.」

「The hotel, room and breakfast everything is great. The only thing is that there was a construction across of the street and they did some noise at the mid night.」

「Nice hotel next to Emancipation park for a safe, happy peaceful 1/2 mile loop jogging/walking track. Gym is nice for travel amenities. Pool is a shallow wading pool. Smoking area is one bench without a covering, many people have to stand in the rain or near main entrance. Would be nice to add a smoking area by the pool bar area.」
