“I cannot say enough great things about renting this property. The amount of amenities was not something I've experienced in all my years renting. We did not have to bring beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and they even provided a cart to haul everything to the beach! It was wonderful! Condo was decorated beautifully and the beds were extremely comfortable. Pool was never crowded. You could see the ocean and moonlight from the balcony and we sat out there every night. The……

“We loved our stay! Such a pretty house in a secluded area that’s less than half a mile from the beach. There’s a sports store right next door that has everything you need for rentals (also they give you 10% off if you mention youre staying here), golf cart rentals that are walking distance, ice cream, bar & grill, etc. We loved the fire pit, hammocks, and of course used the hot tub :) The hosts are also super helpful with questions… Can’t wait to visit again and will definitely bring our pups……

“The house and grounds were beautiful! The pictures didn’t exaggerate. We had 25 people there for a week and never felt crowded. The manager and maintenance were great to work with. We all really enjoyed being there!!”

“Getting to the property was easy.. even with the shared driveway you knew where to go.. upon arriving the house looks exactly like the pictures. My family and I loved all the deck space. We spent mornings and nights reading out there. The pool area was great. Plenty of space. Better than most pools in OBX. “Amazing sunsets and sound views from the back deck! The convince of the elevator for loading and unloading was a bonus since there are 3 floors. The house is beautiful and each room had its own bathroom which was great for our family which had 5 couples. The Beach access is a bit of a hike in the heat and not for individuals who can’t climb over sand dunes but there were plenty of beaches to drive to that had easier access. The pool more than made up for that and everyone really enjoyed it! The……

We went to the beach, swam for hours in the pool & hot tub, enjoyed local adventures (kayaking & jet skiing) and spent the evenings basking in the cotton candy sunsets. “This is a great property for those looking for an OBX property that isn’t ginormous. Definitely an updated older beach home, with nice updated decor. Under-house entertaining and game room were nice features. Host is highly attentive. The property is next to a somewhat busy road on one side, but that also allowed for easy access to walking trails. Beach was a very short walk and didn’t involve crossing any roads. We had a great time. ”
